There are times when you will not require a full building report on a property. There may be a specific item or defect that is of concern to you and you would like to get it checked out by a qualified building inspector.

They can be such things as a crack in the ceiling, the ceiling has dropped, there are water stains on the ceiling, there may be cracking in a brick wall or in a concrete floor. There may be a leak in the roof or your roof or home may have received some damage in a recent storm. You discover water stains to the wall sheeting or in the timber flooring. The timber floor is bouncing when you walk over a certain part of the floor.
